DID YOU SEE THE SPACEX LAUNCH PASS OVER THE SEACOAST?

It was the launch of the SpaceX rocket that many saw moving in the skies over the Seacoast on Saturday night.

The launch caught many by surprise as clear views of rocket launches are a rarity in New England.

The Falcon 9 rocket blasted off from Space Launch Complex 40, which is located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, at 7:32 p.m.

Tweets of the rocket were posted from around the state including Stratham, Derry and Manchester.

On board, SpaceX's 43rd orbital missing of the year were 52 Starlink internet satellites that bring high-speed, low-latency broadband internet to remote and rural locations around the world.

They deployed 15.5 minutes after liftoff as planned, according to SpaceX. There are now 3,400 Starlink satellites in orbit
